In lieu of catching you up on what's been happening I will tell a fantastic lie that will on the face of it appear to explain everything but will not stand up to close scrutiny.
Long story short I've been in space studying the effect of cheese on rain slickers for pangolin monkeys. I can't really talk about it, non-disclosure agreements being what they, what I can divulge is that you may notice some subtle changes in the flavour of cheddar and that the acceptable levels of primate hair have been reduced.
